Process your return or exchange

To process a return or an exchange, firstly, please complete the following online return form; simply indicate your personal details, e-mail address and the reason of the return, and then click on "Send" button.

Then download the following return form , fill in your complete details , print it and send it with your parcel back to us. Also includea phptocopy of your invoice or receipt into your parcel. 

Note : ( Please don't forget to refer clearly in that form,  the codes of all the products you have ordered , the date you have placed your order , the reason of return , a the codes of all the products you send back to us and what you prefer : exchange the products or take a refund ).

Important :  Return shipping  in that case will be charged to you . In case you wish to exchange the product, we will send the parcel back to you free of charge via the standard delivery.
