How do I exchange an item?

 

You can return/exchange the product within 30 days , with your invoice and the completed Returns & Exchange Form (Download Returns & Exchange Form ).

In that case you will be charged with the shipping cost. In case you wish to exchange the product, we will send the parcel back to you free of charge via the standard delivery.

To start the return/exchange process, please download
the "Returns & Exchanges Form", fill all fields, print it and join it to the parcel.

The present right of exchange only applies to products that are returned in their original and complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

What will happen next?

- We will notify you via e-mail upon receipt of goods.

- We will carry out your instructions as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability).

- In case of refund, full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt. In that case we will credit back to you only the product cost and not the shipping cost.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 working days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
