What are the valid reasons to return my product?

 

Our company allows you 30 days to return/exchange a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return/exchange the product within this time frame, with your invoice and the completed Returns & Exchange Form (Download Return & Exchange Form).

In that case you will be charged with the shipping cost. In case you wish to exchange the product, we will send the parcel back to you free of charge via the standard delivery.

The present right of return/exchange only applies to products that are returned in their original and complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

You also have the right to ask for your money back, in that case we will credit your account or credit card ( depends from the payment method you have chosen to make your order). In that case we will credit back to you only the product cost and not the shipping cost. If you have received one of our products like a gift from a third person you only have the right of exchange with another product of same value and not to take a refund.

NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.

Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund from us. You will be refunded by the payment method used for your original purchase.
